REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. It is recommended that Plaintiff's 77 MOTION for Attorney Fees and Untaxed Costs be GRANTED. That plaintiffs be allowed thirty (30) days from the date of the order adopting this Report and Recommendation in which to submit materials in support of their attorneys fee request, pursuant to Local Rule 54.1, as well as any additional materials in support of their request for costs. That defendant be allowed thirty (30) days thereafter in which to respond. That, following submission of the Rule 54.1 and any additional cost materials, the parties be required to confer in a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute and file a notice of whether they reached an agreement within fourteen (14) days after submission of defendants response.( Internal deadline for referral to district judge if objections are not filed earlier: 10/2/2018.).
