MEMORANDUM DECISION granting 44 Permanent Injunctive Relief and directs Plaintiff to submit a proposed order. The court also finds that Hurst is liable and a Default should be entered against her, but will not determine the amount of statutory damages or attorney fees until Plaintiff advises how it wishes to proceed. Should the Plaintiff advise the court that it accepts $750 for each of the four violations as appropriate statutory damages, the court will enter judgment in the amount of $3,000 and determine the amount of attorney fees based on the present record. If the Plaintiff requests an additional amount of statutory damages, the court will hold a hearing to determine the amount of damages. Fed.R.Civ.P. 55(b)(2)(B).
