MEMORANDUM AND RECOMMENDATION as to Jesus Medina Arvizu IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that Defendant's Motion to Suppress Evidence and Statements [Doc. #48] be denied. Further, the parties are advised that they have until July 7, 2008, in which to file written objections to this recommendation and determination.
