MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS - Early Mediation Conference held on 4/10/2018, before Mediator Paul Georgeson, Esq. Crtrm Administrator: Katie Lynn Ogden ; Pla Counsel: Lamarr Rowell, Pro Se (via video) ; Def Counsel: Joshua Halen, Esq. ; Court Reporter: FTR ; Time of Hearing: 1:53 p.m. ; Recording start and end times: 4:25:59 p.m. - 4:33:11 p.m. ; Courtroom: 2 . 1st mediation session. A settlement was reached with regard to two (2) separate cases: (1) 3:17-cv-00027-MMD-WGC ( Rowell v. Dzurenda, et al ) and (2) 3:17-cv-00307-RCJ-WGC ( Lamarr v. Dzurenda, et al ). The general terms of the settlement agreement are placed on the record. Counsel for defendants shall provide plaintiff settlement documents within seven (7) days. The parties shall submit a stipulation and proposed order of dismissal with prejudice for each case no later than Thursday, 5/10/2018 . An early mediation program questionnaire for plaintiff to complete has been mailed to the plaintiff along with a copy of these minutes. The questionnaire should be completed and returned to Judicial Assistant, at 400 South Virginia Street, Suite 404, Reno, Nevada 89501 within thirty (30) days. DO NOT FILE THE QUESTIONNAIRE.
