It is recommended that Plaintiff's Application for Preliminary Injunction, 6 be GRANTED. IT IS RECOMMENDED that any other relief sought by the application for preliminary injunction that is not expressly granted be DENIED. IT IS RECOMMENDED that Defendant Alvin Green and any persons acting in concert with him be ENJOINED from using any domain name registered by Defendant that consists of Plaintiff's name, or any name substantially or confusingly similar thereto, pending a determination on the merits of Plaintiff's claim or further order of the Court. IT IS RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff be required to post a security bond of $47.96. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the preliminary injunction remain in effect until 11:59 p.m., 3/31/2018, or until the trial of Plaintiff's permanent injunction request for relief, whichever is later, unless otherwise ordered by the Court.
