ORDER AND FINAL JUDGMENT: The Settlement is approved as fair, reasonable and adequate, and in the best interests of the Class. This Court further finds that the Settlement set forth in the Stipulation is the result of good faith, arm's-length negotiations between experienced counsel representing the interests of Class Representatives, Class Members, and the Individual Defendants. The Parties are directed to consummate the Settlement in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Stipulation. The Action and all claims contained therein, as well as all of the Released Claims, are dismissed with prejudice as against each and all of the Defendants. The Parties are to bear their own costs, except as otherwise provided in the Stipulation. Class Counsel are hereby awarded one third of the Settlement Amount, or $2,166,666.67, in fees, which the Court finds to be fair and reasonable, and $662,469.61 in reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. The Court hereby awards $20,000 to Lead Plaintiff and Class Representative Shipco Transport Inc. and $15,000 to Class Representative E-Global Trade and Finance Group, Inc., which the Court finds to be fair and reasonable. The Individual Defendants, FXCM, and the Released Parties shall have no responsibility for, and no liability whatsoever with respect to, any payments to Class Counsel, Class Representatives, the Class and/or any other Person who receives payment from the Settlement Fund.
