ORDER DISMISSING CASE, Pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the FRCP, Pltffs Zai You Zhu and Xiao Cheng, and Defts Meo Japanese Grill and Sushi Inc. d/b/a Meo Japanese Hibachi, Rafael Kasaev, Michael Musheyev and Hananya Aranbalev (collectively hereinafter the "Defts"), by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate that the claims asserted by the Pltffs in the Complaint against Defts shall be unconditionally dismissed with prejudice, and without costs or attorneys' fees to any party.
