All the terms and conditions of the confidential settlement agreement are approved and incorporated herein by reference. Consequently, all the claims filed by Plaintiffs against all codefendants and their insurers are dismissed with prejudice without the imposition of costs or attorneys fees. Judgment shall be entered accordingly. Said judgment shall be final, firm and unappealable from the date of entry.
