ORDER OF DISMISSAL: On September 13, 2017, this case was removed to this Court from the 141st Judicial District Court, Tarrant County, Texas. On September 19, the Court ordered that, if Plaintiff desired to pursue his claims, he should file an amended complaint no later than October 20, 2017 or his claims might be dismissed. As of the date of this order, Plaintiff has failed to comply with the September 19 order.
