MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: Before the Court are two motions 16, 19: a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and a Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue, or alternatively, to Transfer Venue ("Motions"). ECF No. 16. The former was filed by Defendant Red Ventures, LLC ("RV") and the latter was jointly filed by RV and The Points Guy, LLC (TPG) (together, "Defendants"). Having considered Defendants' Motions and briefs, responsive briefs filed by American Airlines, Inc. and AAdvantage Loyalty IP Ltd.
