ORAL ORDER: Having considered the Special Master's motion seeking an extension to file the Notice of Final Recommendation and an adjournment of the Sale Hearing (Misc. No. 17-151-LPS D.I. 1241), and having determined that no Sale Process Parties or Additional Judgment Creditors object to the motion, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED and the following schedule is ADOPTED: (1) the Sale Hearing will be held on November 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in a courtroom to be determined in the J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building; (2) the Special Master shall submit his Notice of Final Recommendation by on or around September 16, 2024; (3) any objections to the Notice of Final Recommendation shall be filed no later than 21 days from the filing of the Notice of Final Recommendation; (4) the Special Master and any Sale Process Party or Additional Judgment Creditor supporting the Recommendation may file a response to any objections by no later than 14 days after the filing of the objection; and (5) any objector may then file a reply in support of objections no later than three (3) business days after the response to which it is replying.
