Pead recommended the Court deny Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. 13 On May 7, 2026, the Court entered an Order adopting that recommendation, ordered Plaintiff to pay the full filing fee within 14 days, and warned Plaintiff that failure to pay the fee may result in dismissal of this action. 14 To date, Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee (or any portion thereof) nor indicated any intention to do so.
