I granted that motion provisionally on June 23, 2016. Defendant filed a partial objection to the motion on August 11, 2016. Thereafter, on August 29, 2016, Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint naming the plaintiffs and thereby mooting the defendant's partial objection. No further action is required on the matter. Any issues concerning discovery and trial that may have been referred to by the parties in their filings addressing this issue may be raised with the court at the preliminary pretrial conference.
