Attorney Yelena Boxer participated on behalf of plaintiff, and Attorneys Scott Simpkins, Mark Geragos, and Ben Meiselas participated on behalf of defendant. Attorney Stash Ptak, plaintiff's representative, and Carolyn Rafaelian, defendant's representative, were also in attendance. (The Court notes that Mr. Meiselas has yet to file a notice of appearance in this case. Additionally, it does not appear that Mr. Meiselas is admitted to practice in this Court. If he intends to further participate in proceedings in this case, he is directed to enter an appearance on the docket by April 23, 2018, and he must either file for pro hac vice status or be admitted to practice in this Court.) The Court inquired of the parties about the possibility of settlement but no resolution was reached.
