Maughmer: DETENTION HEARING AND PRELIMINARY HEARING as to Joe Lee Nichols, Torrence Demond Key, Justin Domonique Davis, Charles Stephon Porter held on 7/24/2018. The parties agree to stipulate to the pretrial services reports as the direct testimony of the pretrial officers if called to testify. The parties further agree to stipulate to the affidavit in support of the complaint as the direct testimony of the case agent if called to testify.
