The United States Attorney is also invited to file a letter by that same date expressing the view of the United States concerning plaintiffs' request. United Nations , 834 F.3d 88 (2d Cir. 2016). Yet, plaintiffs failed to advise this Court that the basis for the stay they requested is moot.
