FILED OPINION (KERMIT V. LIPEZ, RICHARD C. TALLMAN and KENNETH K. LEE) Having concluded that the district court erroneously granted summary judgment for Defendant Gregonis as to the claims involving the blue fiber evidence and the County of San Bernardino, we REVERSE these claims, and REMAND for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
