PAPERLESS ORDER. The Court has reviewed the Complaint1 and has determined that Plaintiff has not adequately pled complete diversity of the parties. See 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Alfons Bucaj DMD P.A. is a professional association and a citizen of Florida. [U]nincorporated associations do not themselves have any citizenship, but instead must prove the citizenship of each of their members to meet the jurisdictional requirements of 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Underwriters at Lloyd's London v. Osting-Schwinn, 613 F.3d 1079, 1086 (11th Cir. 2010). Plaintiff does not identify the members of the Defendant P.A., what type of entity the members are, the citizenship of the members and, if the members are also unincorporated associations, the citizenships of the members of those associations. Accordingly, Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint by no later than November 15, 2019, that adequately pleads the citizenship of each party.
