ORDER adopting in part and rejecting in part Report and Recommendations re 17 Report and Recommendations. IT IS ORDERED THAT: Plaintiffs claims under 15 U.S.C. § 1681i and 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(a) against Defendant Centric Bank are DISMISSED. Plaintiffs claim under 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(b) shall not be dismissed.
