ORDER adopting in part and rejecting in part Report and Recommendations re 17 Report and Recommendations. IT IS ORDERED THAT: Plaintiffs claims under 15 U.S.C. § 1681i and 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(a) against Defendant Centric Bank are DISMISSED. Plaintiffs claim under 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(b) shall not be dismissed. Defendant Centric Banks motion to dismiss (Doc. 6) is recommitted to Judge Mehalchick for consideration of Centric Banks arguments regarding Plaintiffs negligence and defamation claims and Plaintiffs request foractual damages.
