ORDER: On December 13, 2019, this Court dismissed Plaintiff's Complaint with leave to amend and deferred ruling on Plaintiff's IFP petition pending submission of an amended complaint. ECF No.7 . Plaintiff was given thirty days in which to file an amended complaint and was advised that failure to file an amended complaint within the allotted time would result in a judgment of dismissal. The allotted time has elapsed and no amended complaint has been filed. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED and final judgment shall be entered.
