Telephone Conference

Text Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Tonianne J. Bongiovanni: Telephone Conference held on 11/25/2024. On 6/27/2024, an Order Administratively Terminating this Action - 60 Day, Pending Consummation of Settlement was entered. The Administrative Termination deadline was set for 8/26/2024 and thereafter extended to 9/6/2024. Docket Entries Nos.125 ;130 . The parties submitted a Stipulation of Dismissal on 9/6/24 and the Court entered the Order on 9/10/2024. Docket Entries Nos.131 -132 . Defendants' prior Counsel's renewed request for an Attorney's Lien, submitted on 10/10/2024, indicates that he requested that the parties "produce a copy of the Settlement and Release Agreement and to refrain from any disbursements until this issue is addressed by the Court." Docket Entry No.133 . On 11/25/2024, a telephone conference with only the parties was conducted. The parties confirmed that the settlement agreement has been consummated. Notably, the terms do not include a monetary payment by the Plaintiffs to the Defendants. Given the foregoing, Prior Counsel's request for an Attorney's Lien and the stay of disbursements is moot.
