Gregory Bertram Reilly, Esq. , appeared on behalf of Defendant. Defendant's CEO, Jay Pandya, was present by telephone. The parties were heard on the 26 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. Upon the Court's request, Attorney Reilly provided the Court with Mr. Pandya's telephone number. The Court called Mr. Pandya, who answered the telephone. Defendant is reminded that if the motion to withdraw as counsel is granted, it must retain new counsel.
