ORDER. Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Application for Preliminary Injunction8 . To facilitate quick resolution of the application, the Court orders the defendant to file a response to the application by April 28, 2021. The Court further orders that the plaintiffs' reply is due by May 3, 2021.
