All parties consented to appear by Zoom. Defendant advised rights. The Government concurred with Pretrial Services recommendation and did not seek detention. Defense submitted on the Pretrial Services report. The Court ORDERED the defendant released on a $6 million dollar Secured Appearance Bond. The Bond secured by properties as stated as stated on the record in open court. The Court also instructed defense counsel to provide title reports and appraisals to the Government when the properties are posted. Defendant is to be released to the third party custody of Prabhjot Kahlon and Pretrial Release conditions as stated on the record in open Court.
