ORDER denying49 Motion for Discovery. Plaintiff's counsel's request at DE50 "that this Court grant leave for Plaintiffs attorneys to file a Declaration under seal explaining in detail the reasons for withdrawal so as to not prejudice the Plaintiff and to preserve the confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship" is GRANTED (DE [50-1] at 3). This sealed filing shall be made by 6/7/2024 at 4:30 PM and shall be served on Plaintiff John Domenica. Additionally, Defendants' letter motion for discovery at DE49 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE due to (1) failure to comply with the undersigned's rules regarding joint letters, and (2) pendency of Plaintiff's counsels motion to withdraw (DE50 ). The deadlines to commence dispositive motion practice, consistent with the Individual Practice Rules of District Judge Ramon E. Reyes, Jr., by 6/28/2024, and to file a joint proposed pretrial order by 8/2/2024 are ADJOURNED sine die in light of Plaintiff's counsel's pending motion to withdraw. The Court will hold a Status Conference via Teleconference on 6/13/2024 at 2:30 PM and Mr. Domenica shall attend. The Court will send a Teleconference invite closer to the conference date.
