![]() ORDER DENYING RECONSIDERATION (DKT. NOS.357 ,358 ) AND PROVIDING CLARIFICATION. For the foregoing reasons, the motions for reconsideration (Dkt. Nos.357 ,358 ) are DENIED, but the Court provides additional reasoning to support its prior Order. With all outstanding motions resolved and the scope of this litigation significantly narrowed, the Court again strongly encourages the Parties to engage in mediation in good faith in an effort to reach a negotiated resolution.
