This Court, having considered Ajit Sodhi's Motion for Appointment as Lead Plaintiff and Approval of Lead Counsel, and for GOOD CAUSE shown, hereby ORDERS as follows: 1. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4(a)(3)(B), Ajit Sodhi is appointed Lead Plaintiff for the putative class. 2. Lead Plaintiff's selection of counsel is approved.
