MINUTE ENTRY for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Eileen S. Willett: Initial Appearance in Rule 5 Proceedings as to Jesse Ramirez-Orta held on 7/28/2022. DEFENDANT SWORN AS TO FINANCIAL STATUS. CJA Attorney Loyd Tate appointed as counsel for the defendant (for proceedings held in the District of Arizona only).
