Order [non-document] Upon review of the record, the Court has determined that several filings on the public docket contain J.B. and/or D.P.'s personal identifying information, including their full names, dates of birth, and (in D.P.'s case) juvenile court records. The Court reminds counsel and all parties that, pursuant to Local Rule 8.1, "the parties shall refrain from including, or shall partially redact where inclusion is necessary" certain personal data identifiers from all documents filed with the Court, including the names of minor children and dates of birth. Where it has discovered the inclusion of personal data identifiers in documents filed on the public record, the Court has restricted access to those documents to case participants and court users only. This includes Doc. Nos.48 -1, 48-2,61 , 61-1,63 , 63-1. Counsel and all parties are hereby cautioned that any future filings in this matter must comply in all respects with Local Rule 8.1.
