If Plaintiffs are attempting to use this filing as an opposition brief to the pending motion for discovery sanctions, then Plaintiffs must file a brief focused on that issue and docketed as a response. If Plaintiffs are attempting to use this filing to obtain an extension of the discovery cutoff, then Plaintiffs must file a request focused on that issue that addresses Local Rule 26-3 and is docketed as a motion to extend.
