ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE Although the Complaint alleges that Defendant is headquartered in Suffolk County (ECF No. 1 para 9), Plaintiff has directed service of the proposed summons and the motion for default judgment to an address in Buffalo, NY. (See ECF Nos. 4, 15.) Plaintiff is respectfully directed to demonstrate by May 24, 2024 that service of the Complaint was legally sufficient and that Plaintiff has complied with the requirement that the papers submitted to the Court pursuant to Local Civil Rule 55.2(a) and (b) were mailed to the party against whom a default judgment is sought at the last known residence of such party (if an individual) or the last known business address of such party (if a person other than an individual).
