IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs Complaint at1 -1 is dismissed without prejudice and with leave to amend, with the exception of Plaintiffs claims against Defendants in their official capacity seeking money damages, which, as stated below, should be dismissed with prejudice.
