FINAL JUDGMENT AS TO ZERA FINANCIAL LLC by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission's Motion for Default Judgment against Defendant Zera Financial LLC56 is GRANTED. Defendant violated and is permanently restrained and enjoined from violating Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, 15 U.S.C. Section 77q(a), in the offer or sale of any security by the use of any means or instruments of transportation or communication in interstate commerce or by use of the mails, etc. Defendant is liable for disgorgement of $1,667,826.45, representing net profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, together with prejudgment interest thereon in the amount of $113,982.44, and a civil penalty in the amount of $2,264,901.40. Defendant shall satisfy this obligation by paying $4,046,710.29 to the Securities and Exchange Commission within 30 days after entry of this Final Judgment. See document for further details.
