ORDER: Plaintiff Stockton is prohibited from filing documents with this Court that contain more than one case number in the heading. This is due to Plaintiff Stockton's numerous, voluminous filings captioned for multiple cases, which arise from different alleged transactions or occurrences, in this Court and in other courts as well. See, e.g., Stockton v. Wetzel, No. 16-cv-613 (M.D. Pa.), ECF No. 337. The Clerk of Court is directed to return any documents with multiple case numbers in the heading to Plaintiff Stockton. This Order is applicable to any case that Plaintiff Stockton has filed, or will file, in this Court. In accordance with the Magistrate Judges Act, 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1), and Rule 72.C.2 of the Local Rules of Court, the parties are allowed fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to file an appeal to the District Judge which includes the basis for objection to this Order.
