ORDER: This matter is before the Court on the United States' Notice of Election to Intervene for Settlement (Doc. 21 ) and Motion for Order Lifting Seal (Doc.23 ). The Motion is GRANTED, and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The seal is lifted as to the filing of this case, the Complaint, and the Motion for Order Lifting Seal filed by the United States. The seal is also lifted as to this Order and any pleadings filed and orders entered subsequent to this Order. All other pleadings filed in this case shall remain under seal; 2. The United States and Relators shall file an appropriate stipulation of dismissal of this case after receipt of all payments from Defendants required pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreements entered into by the parties; 3. The Court shall retain jurisdiction to address Relator's claim for expenses, attorneys' fees, and costs pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 3730(d) and to address any disputes arising under the Settlement Agreements entered into by the parties; and 4.
