On May 19, 2025, the Court presided over a telephone conference with the parties. For the reasons stated on the record, it is hereby ORDERED that: (1) Defendants are not required to further respond to Plaintiffs' Interrogatory Nos. 13 and 15; (2) Defendants shall respond to RFP Nos. 38-40 and produce an organization chart(s) if such a chart currently exists; (3) Defendants shall produce recovery reports for the two named Plaintiffs regarding Plaintiffs' RFP No. 37; (4) Defendants are not required to further respond to Plaintiffs' RFP Nos. 34 and 44; (5) Plaintiffs are not required to further respond to Defendants' RFP No. 6; (6) Plaintiffs shall further respond to Defendants' Interrogatory No. 19 and RFP No. 32; (7) Plaintiffs shall further respond to Defendants' RFP Nos. 11, 12, 14, 15, Jones RFP No. 24, and Zakarian RFP No. 25 as to procurement costs and damages for the named two Plaintiffs; (8) Plaintiffs shall further respond to Defendants' Jones RFP Nos. 25, 26, and Zakarian RFP Nos. 26, 27; (9) Plaintiffs shall further respond to Defendants Interrogatory Nos. 20- 25, Jones RFP Nos. 38, 40-41, 43-44, and Zakarian RFP Nos. 39, 41-42, and 44; (10) Plaintiffs shall further respond to Defendants' RFP 46 and 47. All supplemental responses ordered herein shall be produced within twenty-one days from the date of this Order. The parties may consult the transcript for further details and/or clarification.
