**FILED IN ERROR**ORDER: In my Local Rule 56(h) Pre-Filing Conference Report and Order (ECF No. 55), I ordered the parties to file a status report on whether Defendant Vision Care of Maine had provided sufficient financial information to Plaintiff ASD Specialty Healthcare to make a Judicial Settlement Conference worthwhile. I have reviewed the parties' status reports (ECF Nos. 57, 58). Because the Plaintiff has reported that the six pages of financial information it received from the Defendant is insufficient to make a Judicial Settlement Conference worthwhile, the Judicial Settlement Conference previously-scheduled for July 10 (ECF No. 56) is cancelled and the parties will proceed with the summary judgment deadlines in my previous order (ECF No. 55).
