ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent shall appear before this Court at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2024 in Room 443 of the United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York 10007, to show cause why the Court should not issue an Order: As further set forth by this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Cobb shall file and serve any opposing papers in response to the application no later than April 24, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Service shall be made by delivering the papers by then via e-mail to primoffr@sec.gov and by sending a hard copy of the papers via first class mail or commercial overnight courier to Richard G. Primoff, Esq., at the Commission's New York Regional Office, 100 Pearl Street, Suite 20-100, New York, New York 10004. The Commission shall file and serve any reply papers by May 3, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The Commission shall serve any reply papers on Cobb (or counsel if Cobb retains counsel) by e-mail or other electronic means of transmission, United Parcel Service overnight delivery, or any other overnight delivery service. Any response or reply papers must be filed on ECF by the respective deadlines.
