MEDIATION REFERRAL ORDER FOR PRO SE EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION CASES: IT IS ORDERED that, upon the filing of Defendant's Answer, this prose case will be referred for mediation to the Court's Mediation Program and the Clerk of Court shall attempt to locate pro bona counsel for the limited purpose of representing Plaintiff at the mediation. ORDER OF SERVICE: The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a Summons in this action and to prepare and forward the necessary papers to the United States Marshal for service of the Summons and Complaint upon the following Defendants: The Clerk of Court is directed to mail an information package to Plaintiff. The Clerk of Court is further instructed to issue summonses for Defendants Le Pain Quotidien USA LLC, Christopher Mars, and Khady Tall, complete the USM-285 forms with the addresses for these Defendants, and deliver to the U.S. Marshals Service all of the documents necessary to effect service. The Court certifies under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Cf Coppedge v. STANDING ORDER M10-468: To ensure that all cases heard in the Southern District of New York are handled promptly and efficiently, all parties must keep the court apprised of any new contact information.
