TEXT ORDER denying2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff is not employed, does not receive government assistance, and resides with his mother who pays his bills. Plaintiff's application, is however, unclear as to the nature and amount of expenses his mother contributes to. In accordance with paragraphs 9 and 10 of his application, plaintiff is required to list the expenses, the people residing in his household, and the amounts each of them contribute to the household expenses. Based on the lack of sufficient information, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until May 17, 2024, to (1) re-file his application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $405.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by May 17, 2024, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon.
