ORDER: Plaintiff Mr. Dixie has filed a motion seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis and has lodged a pro se complaint for filing in this district. AND NOW, this 7th day of May 2024; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, ECF No.1 , be granted. The Clerk is directed to file the lodged complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is directed to provide to the Court completed USM285 forms for each defendant listed in his complaint so they may be properly served. USM285 forms due by June 6, 2024. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in dismissal for failure to prosecute. The plaintiff is advised that service will not be ordered until completed USM285 forms are received. The plaintiff is further advised that no Defendant is required to respond to the complaint until he or she has accepted a copy of it from the Marshal and waived service or has been served.
