TEXT ORDER to Strike and Provide Extended Opportunity to Comply with Filing Fee Requirement: Plaintiffs' failure to pay the filing fee or submit an application to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") resulted in the administrative closure of this action on November 12, 2024. Dkt. No.2 ("Order"). The Order provided Plaintiffs a 30-day period in which to pay the filing fee or submit an IFP application in order to reopen this action. Id, . Plaintiffs have not done so. In light of Plaintiffs' pro se status, however, it is further ORDERED that if plaintiffs desire to pursue this action, plaintiff must WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS of the filing date of this Order either (1) pay the full $405.00 filing fee for civil actions, or (2) submit a completed and signed IFP Application; and it is further ORDERED that upon plaintiff's compliance herewith, the Clerk shall reopen this action and forward it to the Court for review; and it is further ORDERED that, in accordance with the Rule 10.1(c)(2) of the Court's Local Rules, plaintiffs shall promptly notify the Clerk's Office and all parties or their counsel, in writing, of any change in Plaintiffs' addresses. Plaintiffs' failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this action; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk serve a copy of this Order on plaintiff, along with another blank IFP Application. SO ORDERED. Signed by U.S. District Judge Anne M. Nardacci on 12/9/2024. (Copy served via regular mail). (mab) |
