PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the court on the parties' Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines, ECF No.60 , (the "Motion"). In the Motion, the parties request extensions of certain remaining pre-trial deadlines currently set by the Court's Scheduling Order, ECF No.34 , (the "Scheduling Order"). Upon due consideration of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion is GRANTED . The Scheduling Order, ECF No.34 , it is hereby amended as follows: 1. Expert Disclosures shall be submitted by no later than November 17, 2025 . 2. Rebuttal Expert Disclosures shall be submitted by no later than December 17, 2025 . 3. The Discovery deadline is hereby extended to January 20, 2026 . 4. The Mediation Deadline is hereby extended to January 26, 2026 . 5. All dispositive pretrial motions and Daubert motions shall be filed by no later than March 17, 2026 . 6.
