On April 14, 2025, Plaintiff filed a Request for Clerk to Enter Default40 . Default was subsequently entered42 . In light of this responsive filing, the Court hereby orders the OSC discharged. The court DIRECTS Plaintiff(s) to file a motion for default judgment on or before *May 15, 2025*. Failure to file a motion for default judgment or seek other appropriate relief by the courts deadline may result in dismissal without further order or notice from the court. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); Link v. Wabash R.R. Co., 370 U.S. 626, 629 (1962) (The authority of a federal trial court to dismiss a plaintiffs action with prejudice because of his failure to prosecute cannot seriously be doubted.); Hells Canyon Pres.
