![]() ORDER that the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Thornock's motion to seal. (ECF No.7 .) The Court GRANTS the motion as to the two medical reports and DIRECTS the Clerk to file those reports under seal. (ECF No.7 -2, at 1-5.) The Court DENIES the motion to seal as to the police crash report. Instead, the Court DIRECTS Thornock to redact any personal identifying information from the police crash report as set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2 and refile the report with the Clerk's office. Upon due consideration, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Thornock's motion to stay. (ECF No.9 .) The Court has not yet scheduled an initial pretrial conference in this case; discovery has not opened; and the Court is undertaking an initial review of Thornock's amended complaint, meaning no defendants have been served or entered their appearance. The Court, however, does not believe a 120-day stay is appropriate at this juncture. Accordingly, the Court STAYS this case until Friday, May 16, 2025. The Court WITHHOLDS ruling on the pending motion to appoint counsel, (ECF No.8 ), until after the conclusion of the stay. It is so ORDERED. Signed by District Judge John A. Gibney, Jr. on 4/16/2025.
