ENDORSEMENT: Application granted in part. Having considered the relevant factors in deciding whether to stay discovery pending the the outcome of the settlement conference with Magistrate Judge Wang, see Catskill Mountains Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Inc. v. E.P.A., 630 F. Supp. 2d 295, 304 (S.D.N.Y. 2009), the Court finds that a stay of discovery, with the exception of "limited discovery to aid settlement negotiations," is warranted here. Defendants' further application to stay motion practice pending the outcome of the settlement conference is, however, denied. Within two days of the settlement conference, the parties shall file a joint letter updating the Court as to the outcome. If settlement was not reached, no later than one week after the settlement conference, the parties shall submit a proposed case management plan. SO ORDERED.
