ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY THE COURT SHOULD NOT DECLINE TO EXERCISE SUPPLEMENTAL JURISDICTION OVER PLAINTIFF'SSTATE LAW CLAIMS by Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong.
