Faulkner's 1 motion for a temporary restraining order is DENIED to the extent Faulkner seeks a temporary restraining order without first affording the Dfts an opportunity to be heard; 2.) Faulkner's 1 motion for a temporary restraining order and motion for a preliminary injunction are SET for an evidentiary hearing and oral argument on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CT by Zoom videoconference; Counsel are DIRECTED to contact Cindy Sanders, the undersigned's courtroom deputy, for the information needed to participate in the videoconference; The Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a court reporter; 3.) As soon as practicable but no later than 5:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 26, 2025, Faulkner shall file a supplemental brief with citation to authority in support of its requests for emergency relief; 4.) As soon as practicable but no later than 5:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, April 27, 2025, the Dfts shall file a response, with citation to authority, to Faulkner's motions and supplemental brief, as further set out in order; 5.) Faulkner shall file a reply brief no later than 9:00 a.m. CT on Monday, April 28, 2025; 6.) If any party learns that Faulkner's administrative appeal with the NAIA has been adjudicated or that any other material change related to the administrative appeal has occurred, the party shall file a notice informing the Court IMMEDIATELY but no more than two hours after learning such information; 7.) Contemporaneous with filing, the parties shall provide courtesy copies of their written submissions to the Court, in Word and PDF format, via email to markschambers@almd.uscourts.gov; 8.) Faulkners counsel is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Order via email to NAIA President Jim Carr and SSAC Commissioner Mike Hall and to file a certification with this Court that counsel has done so.
