MINUTES of Proceedings: Telephonic Rule 16 Conference held before Judge Karin J. Immergut on August 28, 2025. Deadlines are set as follows. Initial disclosures pursuant to Local Rule 26-7 due September 26, 2025. The deadline to amend the pleadings or join parties is November 7, 2025. The last date to file any motion to compel fact discovery is January 16, 2026, and responses to such motions are due no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions. All fact discovery is to be completed by February 13, 2026. The joint statement of agreed and disputed facts is due February 27, 2026. Dispositive Motions are due by March 13, 2026. Joint ADR report is due no later than 30 days after this Court's ruling on dispositive motions, or April 13, 2026, if no dispositive motions are filed. Assuming dispositive motions are filed, initial expert disclosures are due August 3, 2026; rebuttal expert disclosures due September 2, 2026. The last date to file any motion to compel expert discovery is September 9, 2026, and responses to such motions are due no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initiating motion is filed; no replies are permitted for discovery motions. All expert discovery is to be completed by October 7, 2026. The jointly proposed pretrial order and verdict form are due on October 21, 2026. Trial documents shall be filed no later than noon on October 28, 2026. Pretrial Conference is set for November 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 13A. Jury trial (8 days) is set to commence December 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 13A before Judge Karin J. Immergut.
