ORDER DIRECTING the United States Marshal shall make service of the (ECF No.1 ) Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, upon the respondents, LEONARD ODDO, in his official capacity as Facility Administrator of Moshannon Valley Processing Center; DAVID ONEILL, in his official capacity as the acting Philadelphia Field Office Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations; TODD LYONS, in his official capacity as Acting Director of U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement; KRISTI NOEM, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security; PAMELA BONDI, in her official capacity as United States Attorney General and the UNITED STATES ATTORNEY for the WESTERN DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA at Suite 400, U.S. Post Office and Courthouse, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Service shall be by certified mail and the costs of service shall be advanced by the United States. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a rule is issued upon respondents, returnable twenty (20) days after service of process, to show cause why the writ should not be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties are allowed fourteen (14) days from this date to appeal this order to a district judge pursuant to 72.C.2 of the local rules.
